Our client is an extremely busy volume franchise and part of a large group. A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional Sales Manager to come on board and lead the Sales Team.

You will need a minimum of 5 years experience managing a Sales Team. You must be organised, articulate and proactive with a hands on approach to ensure targets are met and the Sales Team remain motivated at all times.

You will be involved with staff recruitment and all levels of training within this extremely busy site where targets are difficult to achieve.

NOT SUNDAYS AT ALL!!!!

YOU MUST have the ability to work in this busy and pressurised role and be an achiever with a flair for management!!!!!
