Job Description
ASSET MANAGER
Location: West End, London
Duration: 6 Months / 37.5 hours p/w
Rate: £20-21p/h
Asset management of an extensive portfolio of commercial and residential property with a view to increasing income; Refurbishment feasibility studies in connection with the above income driven strategy; Carrying out commercial and residential Head Lease rent reviews and lease renewals/expiries; Sourcing, appraising and acquiring investment opportunities; Managing in house specialists as well as external agents in all sectors.
