MRICS VALUATION SURVEYOR

Location: Central London

Duration: 6 Months

Rate: £18-23p/h

Working within a leading hotel real estate advisory team, you will provide valuation, analysis and advice relating to hotel and leisure properties located throughout Europe for a wide range of debt providers, property companies, corporates and institutional investors. Your main activities will include:

• Detailed inspection of hotel and leisure properties
  
• Undertaking valuations and development appraisials together with due-dilligence for loan, acquisition and accounts purposes in the UK and EMEA region
  
• Preparation of detailed reports and presentation of valuation advice to clients
  
• Working closely with colleagues in other EMEA region offices, and where necessary undertaking work in overseas jurisdictions.
  

Ideally you will be a qualified surveyor or experienced valuer, who is self-motivated while working as a part of an energetic and enthusiastic team. Enjoy working under pressure and meeting deadlines; someone who enjoys travel.
