RETAIL ASSET MANAGEMENT SURVEYOR
Location: West End, London
Duration: 9-12 Months
Rate: £18-23p/h
Working for a multi disciplinary practice with an enviable reputation in Asset Management; our client is looking for an experienced Retail Asset Management Surveyor from their Central London Office, initially to assist in managing a portfolio of shopping centres. You will receive instructions from high profile property companies and investors.
The post holder will be required to work to a high standard of professional competence and efficiency; the ability to communicate effectively; have a strong commercial awareness.
