Job Description
ESTATES SURVEYOR
Location: London / West London
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: £16-19p/h
Estates Surveyor is immediately required by one of the few listed property investment groups in the UK specialising in the ownership of freehold or long leasehold interests in modern purpose-built care homes; the majority of which are leased to care home operators on long-term leases. You will provide:
- Due diligence on approx 500 health care leasehold properties
- Confirming agreements / contracts from initial assignment inception through to receivership
- Looking at contracts from acquisition, planning through to finalised security
- General estate management issues
You must be a confident and self-motivated surveyor, and have a knowledge of current property related legislation. This role would ideally suit graduates or candidates looking to gain exposure to the UK market...
