CHARTERED BUILDING SURVEYOR

Location: London

Duration: 6 Months

Rate: £18-22p/h

Immediate requirement for an MRICS Principal Building Surveyor to work within the Property Services department for a local authority covering owned and managed premises. Duties will include:

• Contract administration
  
• Preparation and agreement of schedules of dilapidations from both landlord and tenant perspectives
  
• Project / programme management
  

You must be a confident and self-motivated surveyor, and have knowledge in a similar background, with the ability to hit the ground running.
