Job Description
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SURVEYOR
Location: London
Duration: 6 Months / 37.5 hours p/w
Rate: £18-22/h
Our client now has a requirement for a management surveyor who can pro-actively manage the estates property interests which consists of 1500 acres of land¸ retail shops and some residential property. A qualified or part-qualified surveyor with previous commercial property management experience¸ computer literate with knowledge of ECS property management system would be preferable.
