Job Description
ASSET MANAGEMENT SURVEYOR
Location: North London
Duration: 6 Months / 37.5 hours p/w
Rate: £16-20/h
Our client provides property asset / portfolio management¸ residential and commercial investment¸ commercial valuations¸ rent reviews and lease renewals¸ rating¸ commercial property investment and agency.
We are currently looking for a graduate property manager who will assist on general management issues¸ but also on a day to day basis be involved in:
- Asset management
- Rent review and lease renewals
- Cash flow models
- General property management issues
Ideally you will be a strong communicator and confident in front of clients and their partners. This position offers long-term stability and career enhancement for the successful applicant.
