Job Description
ACQUISITION SURVEYOR
Location: Berkshire / London
Duration: 3-6 Months
Rate: £17-21p/h
Acquisition Surveyor is immediately required by a dynamic, multi-disciplined consultancy practice working within the Telecoms sector and associated fields in the areas of site selection and acquisition, town planning, design services, REC management, Tender Analysis, Construction management and site inspection works.
You will be degree qualified with 2 year + experience as an acquisition surveyor, ideally within a telecoms related field. In additional you will have specific skills in:
- Client relationship management
- Knowledge of property law
- Familiar with practices of estate management / land surveying preferred
- Good commercial awareness
Experience will be taken into account.
