An excellent opportunity to join a leading UK quantity surveying, project management and building surveying practice. Founded in 1982 the Practice provides construction consultancy services and aims to provide and maximise benefits by tailoring their services to meet client needs. Major clients include Dixons, Safeway, Curry's and Six Continent Hotels.

Skills:

The Manchester branch currently requires a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and expanding team providing asset management and cost control to a leading Hotel operator within the clients office. Duties will include analyzing cost information, liasing with client and board and preparing cashflow reports. Applicants to ideally be graduates with 2-3 years post qualification experience or recently MRICS qualified.
