Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Motor Trade Service Advisor to join this established, prestige motor trade dealership. You need to have at least 2 years previous motor franchise experience and knowledge of Kerridge. Accurate keyboard skills and exceptional customer care is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a professional approach, be very customer focused as well as pay attention to detail and the ability to use your own initiative
Responsibilities include:
Greeting customers to the service reception and booking vehicles into the workshop for repair
Arranging courtesy vehicles for customers
Extensive liaison with workshop to chase work in progress, keeping customers informed and gaining authority for additional work to be carried out.
Responsible for costing and invoicing for work that has been carried out.
Full clean drivers licence required
