Job Description
An Experienced Town Planner is required for a UK local authority. A minimum of three years Statutory Planning experience is required, with the successful applicant demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise a demanding caseload are also a must.
Duties will include the processing of planning applications, processing of planning appeals, assistance with the enforcement of planning control and the provision of general planning advice. On offer is an excellent rate of pay, and the chance to work in one of the UK’s most demanding service sectors.
