Service Team Manager for Prestigious Motor Trade Dealership
Reg: TEN-01
Salary: £28K - £30K OTE
Location: Sussex
******TO START IMMEDIATELY******
This prestigious motor trade dealership has an opening for an experienced Service Team Manager to join their successful Motor Dealer.
Duties include
• Meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
• Booking in vehicles, advising n duration of repairs
• Gaining authority for any additional work that may need carrying out
Delegating work to at least 4 – 5 technicians and 1 apprentice ensuring workshop is at full capacity and that deadlines and targets are achieved, whilst maintaining a high quality service to the customer
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 – 3 years recent service experience ideally within a main dealer, have excellent leadership and people-management skills, coupled with a good level of education, outstanding communication skills and excellent presentation.
You must also hold a full UK driving license
