This busy Motor Trade Company are seeking to recruit an experienced Breakdown/Recovery Technician to work for their highly reputable company based in Oxfordshire.

You must have a minimum of 2 years experience within this type of workshop environment.

Your duties will include;

Repairing and servicing vehicles booked in to the workshop.
Diagnosing faults on vehicles and carrying out warranty repairs to manufacturers guidelines.
Stripping, fitting and replacing components on vehicles.
Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on all makes of vehicle including trailers and be able to diagnose and rectify all types of faults.
To comply with the laws and local regulations intended to prevent injury and accidents within the workshop.
Housekeeping, to include the care of special tools to be maintained to Mercedes standard.
Onsite repair, breakdown and recovery.

This role can be very customer facing, so the ability to liaise with people of all levels whilst maintaining a professional and courteous attitude at all times is essential. There is a lot of shift work involved so flexibility is a must although your loyalty will be rewarded with a great bonus scheme, shift allowance and plenty of overtime.

Full diagnostic training will be given to the successful applicant!!!!!
