Job Description

This prestige motor vehicle dealership require an experienced Service Manager to oversee a busy service department. You must have at least 3 years recent experience in a managerial position.

This position offers an excellent package and excellent prospects within the company

Responsibilities include:

Overseeing the whole of the service department and the workshop, supervising 12-15 Technicians and Advisors
Dealing with all staff training and development
Ensuring that the workflow runs smoothly at all times and that targets are met and making tough operational decisions
Setting targets, budgeting and end of month reports

If you are a natural born leader who is persuasive, a good motivater, possessing excellent communication skills and able to relate to a wide range of people with a “hands on” approach we would like to here from you.
