Job Description
About the Company:
A leading volume motor dealership in the UK as well as within Europe with approximately 35 sales outlets for new and used cars and commercial vehicles. With their specialist After Sales Centres and committed employees they look to offer the best possible customer care and value achievable.
Duties:
Greeting customers to the service reception and booking vehicles into the workshop for repair.
Extensive liaison with the Service Manager reporting on day to day progress within the department.
Responsible for liaising with organisations with regards to their company vehicles and arranging for them to be booked in, gaining authorisation for any additional works that needed carrying out.
Going over the vehicle defects, explaining clearly to customers in regards to what work needs to be carried out.
Requirements:
Our client is looking for a very well presented person coupled with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will also be service orientated with a technical background, on the ball and very customer focussed.
