Job Description

This well renowned motor dealership requires a Fast Fit Supervisor. The job will involve supervising the fast fit Department with five technicians, liaise with the General Manager on a regular basis, carry out general administration duties, plan staffing needs and training, carry out monthly appraisals of set targets, produce monthly performance reports, make orders for stock and carry out, monthly stock takings, mostly booking in, liaising directly with customers face to face or over the phone, discussing repairs to their vehicles. You must have a good motor background working within a fast fit motor company or similar environment.

The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, a productive team leader who can work on their own initiative and is willing to assist colleagues.
