Job Description

This well established dealership are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to work within their friendly team. This is a fabulous position in excellent surroundings for this busy but vibrant company.

Duties include:

Dealing with general enquiries and calls
Booking cars in for repair
Liaising with Parts Department regarding any specific requirements
Dealing with prestigious clientele
Ensuring customer’s requirements are met
Dealing with customers in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
Keeping the reception area tidy and smart at all times

You must have 1-2 years recent receptionist/administrative experience and the ability to work under pressure whilst providing a service.

As well as the relevant experience, excellent communication and an immaculate presentation are an essential requirement for this position.
