Job Description

A leading international housing and building company are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to support their growing Facilities Management Division.

The successful applicant will carry out a whole range of internal and external domestic repairs and maintenance jobs to newly built homes. These will include minor plumbing, brickwork pointing, window repairs carpentry and painting & dry lining so there's plenty of variety and you must be able to turn your hands to a wide range of tasks.

The role will require dealing directly with home owners so good customer service skills are essential with a true understanding of their needs.

Applicants will receive a good basic salary, company vehicle, fuel and credit card, medical & health, pension, life assurance, training plus other benefits.

We are looking for people with good all round maintenance skills such as basic plumbing, carpentry, general plastering, window repairs, brickwork pointing, tiling and painting & dry lining skills.

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (40 hours a week)

Candidates would ideally be based around the Leicestershire area near Ruthland County
