Set in over three acres of landscaped gardens, the addition of two new wings to this beautiful Victorian Cambridge mansion has created a welcoming central courtyard and enables the hotel to offer guests an impressive range of accommodation and facilities.
Our dynamic front office team is now looking for a professional Night Manager.

Job Description
· To manage and supervise the staff overnight
· To be familiar with the hotel facilities and services and to actively promote the Hotel to customers at all times and to create a sales awareness within the department.
· To be fully aware of the hotel health and safety and fire and threats procedures
· To ensure the efficient running of the night operations
· To be responsible for the night audit and ensure that all the monies are held in a proper manner and in accordance with the specifications of the account department
· To liaise with clients and staff and act upon any queries, complaints and compliments received and to take corrective action if necessary.

Job Requirements
· Fluent in English and ideally a Receptionist diploma
· At least 1-year experience in a similar position is essential.
· Knowledge of a reception software system such as Aramis, Fidelio or Champs, is essential
· Outgoing personality, reliable, team worker, and good customer skills.

Salary
£16,000 per year
