Job Description
This medium sized multi disciplinary consultancy are based in Central London, with an office around 60 strong.
They cover Architectural, building surveying and Quantity surveying roles.
As an experienced Quantity Surveyor, you will be expected to fulfil the following duties:
-Lead a team of 8 people
-Take the lead in the survey of council properties undergoing repair work.
-Ability to handle costs and check that work is done to specification.
You will be an experienced Engineer you will fulfill the following:
-You will be degree educated.
-Minimum 3 years post graduate experience
-Excellent experience on a range of projects and have the ability to take the lead.
