Job Description
A Local Authority in Ealing seeks a Development Control Planner with at least 6 months UK experience for an ongoing contract. You will be working within the Development Control Neighbourhood team, processing a wide range of Planning applications, including Residential, Industrial, Retail and Change of use developments. The ideal candidate will also have a background in handling a case load of Appeals and attending Public enquiries. The role also involves providing pre-application advice to Councillors, applicants, developers and agents, so good customer service skills are a must. If you have a good grounding in the UK Planning system and want to further your career, this is the contract for you.
