Job Description

A Local Authority in North London seeks an Enforcement Manager for a 3 month contract which is likely to extend into the New Year. My Client requires an experienced Development Control or Enforcement Planner with a supervisory background to manage 3 Planners of all levels and deliver work within agreed performance targets. The role involves producing technical Committee reports, Appeal statements, Site assessments, and communication with Councillors and members of other agencies. You will be required to give evidence at Appeals and public Inquiries, prepare evidence and have a thorough knowledge of UK Planning regulations.
