Job Description

A west London Borough urgently needs a Town Planner. The role will involve providing a professional and high quality service on behalf of the Borough in respect of planning obligations and in particular to lead on project management and implementation of s106 agreements. This includes advising on negotiations regarding prospective agreements; monitoring and review of progress and compliance of S106 and S278 obligations/projects, including financial monitoring; reviewing processes and procedures; maintaining a database of all S106 and S278 agreements; preparing up to date policy guidance; leading the corporate s106 group and ensuring that planning agreements are implemented.
