Job Description

The role is to work closely with the Project Manager, being his “eyes and ears” as this development progresses.

To be completed in 2007 the project will stand at 29 storeys tall and will include a total of 260 luxury studio, suites, one and two bedroom apartments as well as 6 spectacular penthouses.

Part of the scheme will be linked to an 8-Storey hotel, which will include a total of 180 rooms as well as a range of bars, restaurants and a health spa. The lobby will be situated on the ground floor of the 29-storey tower and will be linked to the rest of the hotel by a double-height glass atrium.
There will be a full range of facilities associated with hotel living. An on-site gymnasium and a swimming pool is also available in an adjacent building.

Our client utilises a compact site based team to co-ordinate their high specification developments. The team comprising developer, architects, contractors, interior designers, planners, site managers,and quantity surveyors are all involved from the very start of the process, and regular meetings ensure that the parties are constantly aware of their role in the development’s progress.

- You should be either degree qualified in Engineering or in Construction Management.
- Minimum of 4 years experience post graduation. Your experience should predominantly be site based working for a main contractor, builder or management contractor, developer with time spent in the design office a bonus.
- Experience should indicate working on major projects, prestigious or high profile developments, and an obvious desire to rapidly progress your career path.
- You will be expected to work a 5 ½ day week and will be well rewarded for your commitment.
