Dedicated teams of construction professionals are provided who deliver a customer focused service. Directly employed tradesmen and labour resources provide added efficiency and control, particularly when working within a client occupied premises or home.

The Special Works division was established to provide a complete service to clients across all value ranges providing an additional level in high quality small works in all sectors. The Division undertakes projects ranging in value from £5,000 to £1 million.

Repeat business relationships are instrumental to the success of Special Works. The type of projects undertaken by Special Works include new build, commercial and residential refurbishment and cyclical repairs. The Division has undertaken projects as diverse as a new build Synagogue, the refurbishment and extension of a new training facility at a Rowing Club and the formation of a new Media Studies Studio at a College.

Rewards

As a Project Quantity Surveyor you will be expected to take full commercial responsibility for your sites and as such must be fully IT literate. You will be expected to be able to report to the Commercial Director and at Board level.
