Job Description
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an Urban Designer within a prestigious private practise to play a pivotal role assessing the potential for cutting edge development schemes in historic areas. You will be responsible for the appraisal of high quality new design shemes, townscape assessments, analysis of supplementary guidance documentation (PPG15), environmental and environmental statements. Additional duties include the project management of key schemes, liaison with local government, private clients, key stakeholder groups in conjunction with organising work schedules and reports. Essential requirements are 2-3 years experience as an Urban Designer / Conservation officer in the public or private sector.
