Job Description
Our client has an urgent requirement for an experience Clerk of Works for an ongoing contract in Manchester City Centre.
The project consists of the Building of Luxury Appartment Blocks and candidates should have experience in working in a similar environment.
Ideally candidates will come from a trades background and be experienced in concrete structures, 1st & 2nd fixings and snagging. Inspection of work will be to a high standard.
Candidates with LICW / MICW preferrable.
