Job Description
Required to assist in the provision of repairs and improvements to tenanted and leaseholder properties for one of the regions largest housing associations. You will be responsible for the management of both technical and non-technical staff and have in-depth knowledge of all aspects relating to tenant/landlord legislation, Health & Safety, CDM regulations, contract administration and relevant forms of contract.
