Job Description
A London Borough in the NW are looking to appoint an experience Town Planner. The role will involve managing a small team in the development control section, liaison with external contractors; dealing with applications under delegated powers. You will work closely with the DC Manager on satisfactory outcomes for all applications made to the team.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years UK development control experience and some supervisory/managerial experience. Knowledge of British DC legalisation and procedures and be quick to learn, output focused and have management skills.
