Established building developer is currently seeking a junior/intermediate surveyor with 1-2 years experience in taking off schedules of work. Our client is currently building a £12m extension to a 5 star hotel and requires a surveyor to be predominantly based in the UK with visits to the Caribbean possibly 1 every 2 months. Suitable candidate will have some form of construction qualification and ideally come from a PQS background, however previous experience with a contractor in taking off will be considered.
