Job Description

The candidate is required to join a small team to primarily procure the fit out packages. The role is not purely financial with the candidate expected to have technical knowledge of the packages and input into the procurement strategy itself. The task includes detailed assessment of drawings and specifications for securing lump sum tender returns, comment buildability and identification and risk management of interfaces in liaison with the consultants. In terms of procurement the candidate will also participate in mid and post tender meetings with Trade Contractors and prepare detailed bid recommendation reports. You will ideally have a minimum of 7 years post higher education qualification and experience in the commercial sector
