Job Description
This is a very large project with a substantial site team which needs increasing for the next phase of works. Initially you will be required to work on Internals and finishings and be able to work with a number of trade packages at one time. This is an autonomous role yet requires an individual who knows their strengths and weaknesses in order to work within an existing team. You must be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of CDM regs and health & safety and be able to manager demanding sub-contractors and achieve high quality finishings. You will be responsible for large area and be expected to work closely with the senior management, financial and design teams in order to monitor your section of works and ensure you are working to programme and and to budget.
