A major Project Management & Cost Consultancy who are one of top ten in the world have an extremely exciting opportunity overseas in India. They are about to oversee a massive multi million pound petrol station and retail rollout programme across all major urban areas. The project is set to last over a course of three years, in-order to carry out this critical project they urgently need to employ a very senior Construction Project Manager who has experience working on retail developments or petrochemical related project. The duties will include the following:

Duties
To act as the representative and project manager on behalf of the client to ensure the progress of construction works on sites under your control
Be one of two Strategic Project Managers (SPM), each with responsibility for half of the sites across India
Responsibility to manage internal construction project resources.
To manage and evaluate the performance of up to 8 separate contracting companies working on the construction programme at any one time
