Job Description
An experienced Architectural CAD Technician is required to support established project design teams working on a range of laboratory and pharmaceutical projects.
The successful candidate will have the following experience / skills:
* Recent experience working within an Architectural design team and working directly to the lead Project Architect.
* Conversant with multi-discipline design working and have recent experience on industrial building types
* Ability (and experience) to work on their own and to meet deadlines as well as have recent experience in developing construction details and specification whilst co-ordinating with other design disciplines
* Competency using AutoCAD 2005 / 2006
* A good sound knowledge of current Building Regulations as well as a working knowledge of CDM Regulations
The practice is a multi-disciplinary practice consisting of Architects, Engineers, Project Managers and related technical staff. Their offices are located in NW London and are accessible via the London Underground.
