Planning Officer: Ref:5806

Central London

A London Local Council requires a planning officer with experience in development control and who has the ability to handle Enforcement casework. The successful applicant will be confident with the UK planning system and who enjoys working on complex casework. With the ability to meet strict deadlines and work in a team environment, you would have at least 6 months’ UK experience. The work will consist of residential, commercial, industrial property, dealing with listed building consents at varied levels of difficulty.

£16-19 per hour
