Our clients scope of operations is based in the North and North West of England, especially Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, and Sheffield.

Working in the reinforced concrete structures business for over 25 years our client is one of the better known names in this industry sector. Other divisions within the group ensure that the company has a broad base and strength in depth with development, plant and contracting divisions all providing healthy margins.

Adopting a professional stance and attitude our client is not in the business of “buying work” and is financially sound.

Your role as an Engineer at Senior or Site level in this type of work means that you will be responsible on a daily basis for elements of projects ranging from £0.5m to £35m plus. Working with a team of engineers, sub-contractors and direct labour you will have a share of responsibility for QA, QC, Health & Safety, Programming, Method Statements and all associated items to Ensure project profitability.

Salaries and Benefits are above the industry average as we are not looking for average people, so with extremely competitive packages with salaries subject to annual reviews and personal performance appraisals means that you will be able to increase your salary significantly over time.

You will ideally have a degree in an Engineering or Construction related field with a proven track record within the reinforced concrete industry sector. Coming from a sub-contractor or “hands on” main contractor will have given you the training to work under pressure, enjoying the cut and thrust of the contracting world.
