This is a new project and will follow on from the demolition stage that is just starting.

The site will comprise a basement dig with properties on the adjoining boundaries, so you will need to be able to provide full method statements detailing the proposed sequence of operations, and using the companies standard forms relay this information to the main contractor.

The project is located near Bournemouth, so local candidates would be preferred. This is a contract position and is envisaged to be for 14 - 16 weeks. The company has a full order book and further opportunities may be available either in this area or across the south if you are prepared to travel.

You will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge and have had practical contracting experience in Temporary Works. An Engineering qualification with CSCS card would be necessary. The rate is negotiable so applications from all suitably qualified candidates will be given due consideration.
