Job Description

This is a new build site and we are following on from the piling contractors. You will need to have experience in working on more than one of the following: Pile caps, Groundbeams, Holding Down bolts, Drainage, Services and Ducts, General Infrastructure involving both hard and soft Landscaping.

This work is expected to last for between 4 and 6 months and is for a contractor that works nationally on groundworks related projects for a range of end users including Hospitals, Education Facilities, Shopping Centres, Commercial Developments and Residential projects.

You will probably have a minimum of 2 years setting out experience and must be able to demonstrate that you have worked on fast track projects, setting out accurately and clearly communicating with the labour force as to the information you have supplied.

Permission to live and work in the UK, a current CSCS card and relevant technical qualifications must be demonstrated. In return we can offer a good run of work and the opportunity to earn £’s.
