Job Description
This is a 4 month contract position for a local contractor currently turning over some £50m annually.
You will have a minimum of 5 years site experience and can come from an Engineering or a Trades background. You must have the ability to organise sub-contractors, monitoring their work as they work to agreed programmes and ensure that they maintain a safe, clean and tidy site.
The work encompasses steel frame erection, minor RC elements, some M&E and assorted external and groundworks activities. You will mainly be supervising nominated sub-contractors but must be able to work with them to ensure the smooth running of the project.
Ideally a qualified First Aider with a CSCS card, you must have permission to live and work in the UK.
