Site Manager - Externals
This is a 6 month contract position for one of the UK’s premier house building companies.
You must have the ability to organise sub-contractors ensuring that they work to agreed programmes and maintain a clean and tidy site. You will have a minimum of 6 – 8 years site experience and can come from an Engineering or a Trades background.
The company started in the middle of the 19th century and has a reputation synonymous with high-quality housing and over the years tens of thousands of homes have been built under the company name.
Their strategy is to enhance and expand their share of the market by developing products and skills, and improving their customer services.
You will preferably have a CSCS card, be a qualified First Aider and must have permission to live and work in the UK.
