This London borough boasts one of the greenest and picturesque locations within London and is currently looking for a Street Gazetteer Officer to join their sociable team, the offices are based in a central location within the borough which means there are in easy reach of all the shops, amenities and transport links.

This is an office based role which will involve working on the National Street Gazetteer database; you will be inputting data on to the system to ensure the information about all the roads in the borough is kept up to date. The national Street Gazetteer acts as a life history for all the roads and records information such as traffic flow, accident records, road works, controlled parking zones and bus flow.

Suitable applicants will be IT literate with good communication skills and it is essential that you have some experience of working on the National Street Gazetteer database.

This is a great opportunity to work within a friendly and flexible team on an ongoing contract with a local authority that values its staff.
