Job Description
My client is an International Design practice with a portfolio consisting of mixed-use developments, residential apartments, commercial offices & retail complexes to name a few. They currently require a Senior Architectural Technician or Part II Architectural Assistant to produce the construction package for a large mixed-use development consisting of a 120-room hotel, banqueting suite and corporate offices. The successful candidate will be technically competent, have a good knowledge of UK building regulations and possess strong Microstation skills.
