Hillingdon Social Services in London are looking for BSW or MSW qualified social workers, who are GSCC registered, to work in their Children and Families team.

You will be undertaking assessment of children in need, constructing support plans in conjunction with police, health education, housing, voluntary organisations and working in a multi-cultural environment.

Representatives from the social service will be conducting interviews throughout Canada and the US on the 17th and 27th of October 2005 via Video Conference and would be interested in meeting with suitably qualified individuals who would relish the opportunity to work as a Social Worker in one of the most culturally diverse and vibrant cities in the world.

To be successful, you will need at least 2 years experience, be in possession of a BSW/MSW and be GSCC registered. If you are not GSCC registered then you need to have submitted your application for registration at the interview stage for this job due to the lengthy registration times for international applications.

Relocation assistance and work permits will be provided to successful candidates.
