Job Description

Experienced Building Surveyor required to join this busy property team working on projects to schools and public buildings. Responsible for managing the projects from inception to completion, preparing detailed specifications, contract administration and supervising the projects on site. Previous experience working on maintenance and refurbishment projects to schools and public buildings is essential along with excellent contract administration experience. Able to work on own initiative and must have car. Potential long term contract.
