The Companies competitors and the industry recognize their ability to run profitable projects, steadily growing over the last 30 years, with an accelerated approach in the last 2 - 3 years. They have and are continuing to win some prestige and landmark projects.

Their strengths are in structures, mainly RC, however they are also extensively involved in demolition works, Design & Build, fit out and refurbishments works, this often taking the form of retained facades, cut and carve and structural interior modifications.

Contracts range from £500k to £18m and they aim to turn over £100m in 2005 – 2006.

Accordingly we are looking for a very good Project Manager to take on the contracts on the Builders Works side. The work is situated within the M25, much of it in and around central London and the Docklands area, you will be site based.

Coming from a proven background in civil engineering, with structural RC experience essential, you will be required to take responsibility for the project in the construction and commercial elements, the project and engineering staff, sub contractors and overall day to day running on project values of £500k to £10m. If you have been 2nd in charge on a substantial project, are seeking responsibility and can demonstrate aspirations to succeed you may also suit.

Rewards. We are only looking for strong candidates, already with a proven track and career history for an established and recognised civil engineering contractor, and a minimum of 5 - 7 years relevant hands on experience, you will be exceptional, career driven and motivated, desiring to enhance your career. A salary well above the average with car / allowance, travel reimbursement, pension and healthcare plus a very generous bonus scheme well above the industry norm is offered.

£50,000 upwards, plus car / allowance, travel and extremely good bonuses for profitable completion
