Development Control Planner

A London local authority requires a development control officer to process planning applications, taking account of the council’s policies and briefs, government guidance and the individual merits of each scheme.
The successful applicant would have 8 months + UK planning experience, be able to hit the ground running, this is a fast paced team environment, excellent opportunity to gain further hands on experience of the UK planning system at a higher grade.
£16-20 per hour dependent on experience
