Main Contracting Project Manager
East London
c. £47,000 Basic + Car Allowance + BUPA + Pension + Package
The company started 4 years ago and have grown rapidly in spite of the recession into a £15M turnover Main Contractor. The current workload is based around new builds or extensions on steel frame industrial buildings delivering projects from £100k to £8.0M in value.
They are a very young team with an average age in their early 30’s and they are looking for Project Managers who are comfortable running their own projects. Due to their work portfolio it would be a good fit if your CV included working on Industrial / Commercial / Retail steel framed new builds and extensions/ alterations.
