Job Description

Our London client is seeking the services of a Senior Cost Manager to work on major retail builds.
To be successful, candidates must possess the following necessary skill set and experience:

  • Experience in commercial sector, preferably shopping centre work
  • Experienced in all aspects of service delivery including client interface, value added services e.g. Value Engineering Risk Management).
  • Min 2 years post qualification experience
  • Team leader with track record in managing team resources

  • Articulate with exceptional communication skills
  • Understands development appraisal principles
