Job Description
Our London client is seeking the services of a Senior Cost Manager to work on major retail builds.
To be successful, candidates must possess the following necessary skill set and experience:
- Experience in commercial sector, preferably shopping centre work
- Experienced in all aspects of service delivery including client interface, value added services e.g. Value Engineering Risk Management).
- Min 2 years post qualification experience
- Team leader with track record in managing team resources
Ideal Candidates will be able to demonstrate:

- Articulate with exceptional communication skills
- Understands development appraisal principles
