Job Description
An experienced planner is required to take up a specialised post, dealing in Listed Building Consents for a central London Council.
Reporting to the Senior Listed Buildings Casework Officer, this post will require the successful applicant to give detailed advice on historic building and conservation aspects of applications for listed building consent, conservation area consent and planning permission involving conservation and design related matters.
To apply for this role, you must demonstrate knowledge and interest in Listed Buildings, and at least 1 year of experience processing this type of application. A Town Planning degree or qualification in Historic Buildings/ Conservation is essential. Overseas experience will be considered.
